Tax Lien Sale
The Tax Lien Sale provides for the payment of delinquent property taxes by an
investor. The tax on the property is auctioned in open competitive bidding
based on the least percent of interest to be received by the investor.
Delinquent 2006 property taxes and any previously uncollected taxes will be
offered at the 2008 Maricopa County Tax Lien Sale. The sale will take place on
February 1st, 2008. The auction items will be available for preview at
www.bidmaricopa.com on January 17th.
Please refer to the county
map which highlights in orange all of the parcels with liens that will be
available on the auction. Once the map is in view, choose the mapping control
to "zoom in" and then click on the area you’re interested in.
