Welcome to ParcelWatch.
This website allows you to register to receive notifications
via email when a significant tax event occurs to a parcel. It's
easy! Just register an email address on this site and add parcels you
want to monitor. That's it. By using our new console, you
can track multiple parcels and remove parcels you no longer need with a
click of the mouse.

Tax Roll Certification (New year taxes available online)
Tax Delinquencies

Enter your email address where you want the notifications to
be sent to in the form below. After clicking the 'Create Account' button,
you will be taken to the console where you can start maintaining your parcel
list. For returning customers, enter your email address in the top form
only and click 'Login'.
Note: If the email account you register utilizes a spam
blocker please add ParcelWatch@mail.maricopa.gov to your approved senders list.
