We recently enhanced our ParcelWatch website to include some useful new features starting with information regarding orphan parcels, (to view a video on orphan parcels click here). In order to ensure that you continue to receive notifications for tax roll certification, tax delinquencies, and our new orphan parcel notifications, please re-register with the new website. For an overview of the new registration process please refer to our ParcelWatch helpful hints.

The new website offers advanced automatic orphan parcel tracking capabilities that enables ParcelWatch subscribers to input their parcel number and locate any neighboring orphan parcels. The new website also offers instructions for dealing with an orphan parcel once identified.

The Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office is sensitive to our subscribers’ confidentiality concerns. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never share your personal information with unauthorized personnel.
